Ms. Amy Ettinger is responsible for all aspects of screening, development, procurement and implementation of the Virginia Department of Transportation’s P3 projects in the Commonwealth.
In this role, she is focused on the development and implementation of a Project Document Management system, as well as other P3 project’s in various stages of development.
Ms. Ettinger joined VDOT in 2013 as Operations Planning Manager. In this role, she created policies and procedures to support management of large-scale, complex statewide operations programs. She has extensive experience in critical infrastructure emergency preparedness planning and management, and served on several agency program committees including the Statewide Tunnels Oversight Committee.
Prior to joining VDOT, Ms. Ettinger worked at the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, the Virginia Department of Rail and Public Transportation and the Virginia Department of Emergency Management.
Ms. Ettinger holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science (Cum Laude) from Bridgewater College.
